Dear Sapphire Lorelei Welka,

When your biological mother Stephanie Jean Rice filed a false police report against me on June 16th, 2014 at Mt Oliver police department on Brownsville Rd, I was additionally shocked. It wasn't until about 2 years later, based on verbal testimony (albeit riddled with lies throughout years of her behavior) she gave under oath, that I realized that she filed a police report just minutes after she offensively screamed the first English language profanities at me.

"WHAT THE FUCK!!!?!?"
I turned to look at who said what, and I saw Stephanie Jean Rice's face in the driver seat of her vehicle driving (slowly/kinda stopped) in the middle of road at Brownsville Rd, and she evil face expressioned and said:
"FUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKK YYYYYYYYOOOOOOOUUUUUU!!!!!"

 Nonetheless, to this day, I am proud that her toxic, cancerous and victim mentality behavioral patterns, including some that you have integrated into your own behavioral patterns, are not triggering (other than anxieties, previous uncontrollable crying, sadness, etc), but mostly disappointment in prefrontal cortex developments, brains, homosapiens that engage in supporting and enabling mental cancer, mental abuse, bullying, bait-and-switch, character assassination, human trafficking, scam artistry, con artistry, etc.

I remember glancing at Stephen Stewart Rice that same day, same morning when Stephanie communicated (screamed) her first English language profanities at me, and thinking to myself, that at least one known witness may be helpful later to prove that she said such things. Unfortunately, even under oath, Stephen Stewart Rice confirmed how incredibly protectively predatory his brain is as well. After all, it makes sense, I guess, why he is married to Stephanie, and incredibly silent when it comes to taking responsibility for his actions maturely rather than childishly, the best way to teach, lead by example.

When Stephanie Jean Rice communicated to me that I was a poor excuse for a man, and reflecting how she is married to Stephen Stewart Rice, I speculate that a nonpoor excuse for a male homosapien is one that submits to protecting lying, threats of violence, hate, false reporting to police, slander, and libel (defamation), victim mentality, character assassination, obstructing justice, etcetera.

Stephanie Jean Rice (and Sapphire Lorelei Welka's submissive silence) is protected at all costs, it seems.
