"Narcissism is a long time in the making and a longer time in the improvement. It’s ok to support a narcissist if you have firm boundaries. If you don’t, RUN. Abort. Especially if you are an empath. Otherwise, you will be bled to death. They are emotional vampires. The fact that they can’t help it is beside the point. You should not sacrifice yourself on the alter of another person. Your issue is to control your empathy not to fix a narcissist or a sociopath. A narcissist is a bottomless pit and we empaths are most certainly not. Save yourself."
