I'm sure your family, notably your biological mother Stephanie Jean Rice, has used some of these techniques to virtue signal and indoctrinatingly enslave and pressure you to submit to her demands. e.g. when you mentioned that your mother threatened to kick you out and never speak to you again, you likely were triggered to give in to her extortion-like/blackmail demands, including defamation, engaging in egregious, vexing, abusive, bullying behavior, and then blaming victims for those behaviors, adding insult to injury, analogous to modern day scamming/exploitation techniques often used in human trafficking and other complex corrupted behavioral phenomena.
