Dear Sapphire Lorelei Welka,



Ever since June 13th, 2014, I tried to reach out and connect with Sapphire Lorelei Welka, and explain to her all the swearing, abusive, cancerous, toxic, dishonest bait-and-switch cruelty her mother and a bit of others have treated me with, along with violating Sapphire's freedoms, rights, innocences, etc.

But after a while, I began to recognize how Sapphire Lorelei Welka was in on the scandal, the scamminess, the con artistry, the exploitation, the manipulation, the maliciousness.

Sapphire Lorelei Welka used to eventually (around mid-late 2014) tell me things such as "My family thinks you are a bad person, but I don't think you are a bad person." followed by "My family thinks you are a malicious person, but I don't think you are a malicious person." followed by "I'm afraid my mother will kick me out of her home" followed by "I'm afraid of being kicked out of CCAC Allegheny Campus college."

There are many more details to the severity of Sapphire's incredible dishonesty, and her accessory/accomplice with her biological mother Stephanie Jean Rice, and other of her family and friends, who have aided and abetted Sapphire to engage in some extremely swamp-like developments, including as it relates directly to lying, including lying under oath as well as false police reports, notably from Stephanie Jean Rice as mastermind brain behind most of the mental/cognitive cancerous toxicity.
