Similarly, your biological mother Stephanie Jean Rice, pre-determind that I, Jason Khanlar, should and would be arrested and in jail first around June 13th, 2014, and still, in 2018 has sent English language messages to me suggesting that my arrest is coming soon (still soon, that message she has communited several times since 4 years ago).

And surprisingly also still, you, Sapphire Welka, continue to enable and protect her, and mind-blowingly, I am shocked still just as shocked as I was since June 13th, 2014.

I continue to question how could you do and not do all the things that you have done and said and all of the things that you have not done and not said, including saying different things to different persons, but then I also realize, persons like Jodi Arias (https://youtu.be/OMSI2qQ5EX0) exist, so, yeah, your brain is likely, and I know with substantial evidence (that it seems no humans involved in your life care about as they may also be accessories/accomplices and/or aiding and abetting yourself, protecting one another, etc)

Oh, and I shall never forget how abruptly and cruelly your aunts Janice Heagy and Lorraine Heagy have exposed just how toxic and corrupt they are, at first, around August/September 2014, when I finally spoke with you in person at CCAC South Campus in West Mifflin, PA, tying in to events back on June 16th, 2014, when I left flowers and a short apology note for you at your aunt's home. Again, I remember that day quite well, and that I attempted two separate instances of politely/calmly/casually knocking on the door (there was no doorbell), only to learn 2+ months later, that you never knew anything about the flowers or the letter, only that I had "pounded" on your Aunt's door, which sparked me to question from A -> communication, communication, communication, -> B, where B === "Sapphire Welka" and A === "Home of Janice Heagy and Lorraine Heagy" at a time that I thought nobody was home, since there was no answer for 3-5 minutes of waiting (knocking 2 separate times) how did you hear that not only was I there, but that I was allegedly pounding on the door, and also somehow not hear or know that I left flowers?  Genuinely, I thought it was only your biological mother Stephanie Jean Rice that was toxic and corrupted and evil, etc. I did not think until later that your aunts were also accessories/accomplices to aid and abet the abuses, wastes, frauds and crimes of your mother, but definitely I have learned so much, especially observing their and others' testimonies under oath during both civil and criminal hearings, just how extremely toxic those brains are in the heads of your family members who have manufactured your consent to embrace and appreciate slavery and human trafficking techniques as a lifestyle, even seemingly your stepsister Candrika Rice complimenting the culture of abuse.
