June 16th, 2014 your biological mother Stephanie Jean Rice filed a false report, and since that date, has engaged in some extremely cancerous, toxic and destructive behaviors and communications, including lying under oath and obstructing justice preventing you, Sapphire Welka, from being subpoenaed, and it seems quite obvious, that you also have complimentarily complied with and played along with the practice, whether as an accessory or accomplice to ...  well, I guess gullibility, exploitability, vulnerabiltiy, allowing yourself to be cognitively and mentally abused and to play innocent victim mentality by means of silence and lying, and letting your friends to either become quite fearful and afraid of you, or otherwise delusionally fantasizing of what you could have been, or were before severity of lying, silence, etc.

However, the more I look back upon history since the first moments I had met you back during 2012, it seems that you have been escalatedly or increasingly malicious, delusional or exploitably gullible since before I met you.  You had verbally described to me that you pretended that you were stupider than you really were during an evaluation with a psychologist to make it easier for you to receive Social Security Supplemental Security Incoming benefits for disability, and handwritten that your mother lied to psychologist, etc., amongst so many other red flags. since 2014.

To this time in 2018, your biological mother Stephanie Jean Rice threatens me claiming that I will be arrested, whilst also she continues to manage to protect herself behind lies from being held accountable or responsible for her cognitive and mental abuses towards yourself, as well as the wastes, abuses and frauds that manifested as a result, including substantially conspiring to lie under oath, convince her husband Stephen Stewart Rice to lie under oath, your stepsister Candrika Rice, your aunts Janice Heagy and Lorraine Heagy, and many other details that are incredibly disappointing, including your very own ignorance and silence for 4+ years.
