Dear Sapphire Welka,

It has been 719 days since your biological mother Stephanie Jean Rice has significantly precedented substantially threatening you, violating your civil rights and liberties, and undermining and compromising your sociological and cognitive well being such that you had expressed to me (perhaps you have not expressed it to anyone else and have repeatedly lied to me, Jason Khanlar?) that you were afraid of Stephanie Jean Rice, your mother.

Essentially Stephanie Jean Rice has engaged in criminal activity which may be concluded or realized either as a felony or a misdemeanor depending on the context of situation (I am not a lawyer or well educated in law in the state of Pennsylvania and therefore an not adequately competent to explain what the law is, and also I am not a lesserly competent and reputable (than lawyers) law enforcement authority or police officer to enforce said laws. I am just an individual human existence just like you, your biological mother, and various other human existences that you do and do not know.

Ever since June 13th, 2014, your behavior had abruptly and significantly changed, as if you were hacked, manipulated, deactivated, disrupted, undermined, compromised, exploited, socially engineered, corrupted, significantly abused, violated, threatened, coerced, intimidated, gaslighted, kidnapped, etc.

And I am confident that your life has been significantly altered, especially by the cruel and abusive behaviorisms of your biological mother Stephanie Jean Rice.

And I speculate that you have perhaps told only me particular things, things which you have not revealed to others, which may bring question to the validity of your claims, despite the genuinity in which you had significantly expressed that you were afraid, despite your inconsistency of such, as if to give up, and comply with your abusers and those abuse enablers, to allow them to predatorily compromise and manipulate your behavior to compatibly satisfy their urges, desires, agendas, motives, interests, and expectations, fulfilling them with happiness, satisfaction, pleasure, reward, prize, value, worth, etc.

Yet, I speculate that Sapphire Welka has integrity or dignity, or, as with any human existence that exists and has a brain (or more than 0.0 brain capacity), that Sapphire Welka may recognize value and worth in dignity, integrity, confidence, self-esteem, and the fundamental and principal understandings of how to protect and secure one's self from social engineering, exploitation and manipulation, including that as behaviorally exhibited by one's own biologically related family, including directly one's own biological mother.

I am confident that it is important to be honest, and to recognize that reality does matter. It has been rather disrespectful on your part to express such disrespectful things as if that you did not matter. Such abuse is grossly negligent, and Sapphire Welka should cognitively know better than to exhibit such gross negligence.

Sapphire should know better, given adequate nurturing, leadership skills and sharing in learning, educational process and distribution of knowledge, information and understanding by any person who realizes value and worth in thinking critically, having intelligence, being smart, wise, etc.

I am confident that Stephanie Jean Rice is abusively corrupted to oppose and fight against intelligence and significantly disrespect intelligence, such that may explain the fundamentals for which Stephanie Jean Rice has treated me, Jason Khanlar, with grossly significant disrespects, and rather abruptly upon June 13th, 2014, by introducing significantly falsified lies, threats, etc., to which various persons have contributed various enabling abusivenesses to justify Sapphire being cognitively undermined and to submit to her abusers (perhaps to their benefit or to hide their own predatory or other wrongdoings or dishonesties).

Sapphire Welka deserves to be respected, to have a voice, to confidently express that she is smart and intelligent, and in such a way that she does so with accuracy, not with corrupted inaccuracy, such that smartness in criminal and fraudulent activity is condoned, enabled, respected, rewarded, and any effort to discourage such leading to divide and conquer but more appreciably and respectfully, that smartness in working together, collaborating, helping one another to build upon innovative developments and establishments that offer a sense of prosperity and well-done prospect for quality of life.

Will Sapphire Welka sustain exhibiting supporting and enabling her abusers to enrich their lives with further fuel and energy to abuse contiuously, or will she ever break free from feeding abusers to protect herself and others from being undeservedly exposed to such hostile abusivenesses?
